Revival
Wednesday, August 25th
to Friday, August 27th
Nightly at 7:00 pm
Wednesday and Thursday Traditional Revival
services filled with Southern Gospel singing led
by Worship Director, Billy Bishop, and pianist,
Connie Davis. Our Gospel Lessons for these
evenings will come from Griffin United
Methodist’s Associate Pastor, Rev. Andy Lett.
Both of these services will include guest
performers from the Macon area, including
the Southern Spirits, one of Macon’s
premiere vocal quartets.
Friday — A concert will be given by the
Grammy Award winning artists,
The Peasall Sisters, who were featured
in the film, O Brother, Where Art Thou?.
Bluegrass, Americana, Gospel, & Country
Music can be heard at this Peasall Sisters concert
to bring enjoyment to music lovers of all ages.
A love offering will be taken this evening
to help support the ventures of this
amazingly talented family.
*A dessert reception will follow the events each
evening and childcare will be provided.*

We are going back in time in
celebration of our church and have
an Old Fashion Sunday of Worship.
EVERYONE DRESS UP IN
YOUR OLD FASHION DUDS!
We will dress in the era of
the 1700's and 1800's.
We will also have dinner together after
our worship service so bring a covered
dish enough for your family and two
more. While you enjoy your meal you will
enjoy a skit called Humbly At Thy Service.
